Contract sample (amendments / changings are appreciated)
The current owner of the domain name identified below (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) desires to sell all rights, title and interest in such domain name to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser desires to acquire same rights, title and interest in such domain name from the Seller. Therefore, it is agreed between the parties as follows:
1. Object of purchase
The domain name to be transferred from the Seller to the Purchaser is _______________________________ (referred to sometimes herein as “domain name.”)
2. Purchase price, additional costs
As consideration for the sale of the domain name the Purchaser promises to pay the Seller the amount of __________________ Euros. This sum includes, if required by German tax authorities, Germany‘s national purchase tax / VAT.
The sum shall be paid within ________ (number of days, e.g. five (5)) business days from the date this Agreement becomes effective. In the event that payment is not timely received this Agreement may be cancelled by the Seller at the Seller’s sole discretion.

The purchase price shall be paid after receiving the seller's signed contract to the Seller's banking account:

The Seller shall bear all additional costs generated by the hosting service of the Seller. The Purchaser shall bear all additional costs generated by the hosting service of the Purchaser or the registering authority.
3. Transfer
After receipt of knowingly full payment for the domain name, the Seller will within ________ (number of days, e.g. five (5)) business days take the necessary actions required to initiate the registered ownership of the Domain Name.
4. Obligation to co-operate
Immediately after knowingly full delivery of Payment, the Seller will take any actions that may be necessary or desirable to protect and perfect the Purchaser's title to the domain without delay. This will include the transfer of the Domain Name to a hosting service to be designated by the Purchaser or authorizing the change of registered ownership of the Domain Name with the authorized entity in charge.
The Purchaser shall take any action to co-operate with the Seller to protect and perfect the Purchaser's title to the domain without delay. This may include sending signed transfer application forms to the hosting services of the Seller and the Purchaser and the like.
The Seller and the Purchaser shall confirm the receipt of data (e.g. the AuthCode or signed documents) in a written way (e.g. letter, e-mail) and they shall respond to questions without delay.
5. Warranties and disclaimer of warranty
The Seller assures to be the registered legal owner of the domain ________________________________________ [domain name] at the time of the sale and he warrants that he, subject to approval by the registering authority, has the right to sell and transfer the domain. The Seller warrants that he does not currently know of and has no reason to know of any third party claim to any right, title, or use of the domain. The Seller assumes no liability.
The Purchaser acquits the Seller of all defects of title.
6. Final provisions
Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the Seller and the Purchaser or by authorized representatives of both parties. This Agreement is made under and shall be construed according to the laws of Germany.
If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.
The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date signed by the parties. If the parties sign on different dates, the effective date shall be the date of the last signature.
WHEREFORE, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understand this Agreement and voluntarily accept the duties and obligations set forth herein.
